It's a Sailor's Life for Me

I am stationed here in Pearl Harbor, HI onboard the USS O'Kane (DDG 77). Originally from Los Angeles, Hawaii is all its made out to be. Mostly pictures, although there aren't enough shots of us actually working.

Kahana Valley - Machine gun nests




We figure that they must have been built after the attacks of 1941. In all there were three gun nests and a magazine. They obviously hadn't been used in quite a while.
